QUICK TO OUTLOOK EMAIL MANUALLY BACKUP

By the time you will do the installation of Windows Operating System, the first step you have to do is Back up all your important data, such as the all important files in C drive partition

At the time this article I'll share a little knowledge of how to quickly back up email in your outlook. Email is the central message information from many people that have been stored in outlook email with the name of the file archive.pst.

1. Click File> Data File Management, or you can also access it via Tools> Accounts Settings.

2. In the Account settings that appears, select the Data Files tab.

Select the data file you want to backup

3. Windows Explorer will open and take you to the destination folder, the folder you should copy. (when the copy outlook should be closed / not running)

4. Having succeeded in the above folder copy, you can calmly to reinstall your windows.

5. Use the same way to restore, but the data in a data copy is copied into the outlook folder.
